The "Fit for Life" group utilizes a dedicated WhatsApp (linked) group to enhance communication and ensure accurate updates. Weekly updates are published each Sunday, with reminders and confirmations sent the night before each scheduled session.
A unique feature of the "Fit for Life" program is the monthly "Share Saturday" event on the first Saturday of each month.
